Airsoft Registration Tips

Registration Tips for Airsofters

Requirements:
Filled-up forms with NO ERASURES (Forms 1, 2, and 3)
2x2 ID picture (applicant's photo and not of the AEG)
1x1 ID picture (applicant's photo and not of the AEG)
Photocopy of your Residence Certificate, issued in the current year 2008
Photocopy of a valid Identification Card with the applicant's photo and date of birth (i.e. driver's license, passport, firearms license, PTCFOR card).

Other Requirements:
Applicant must be at least 18 years of age, and
Applicant must be a Filipino Citizen.

Required Fees:
P360.00 Permit-To-Transport (PTT) - maximum of 5 guns per PTT
P200.00 Registration for each AEG
P100.00 Notarization for each AEG

The following are the required forms the applicant(s) must fill-up WITH NO ERASURES.
(applicants may copy/download these forms, print, and fill-up.....please use 8.5"x13" paper)

Form 2 - Application for Airsoft Registration


Form 3 - Permit to Transport Airsoft Rifle(s) / Pistol(s) and Ammuntion

How to Fill-Up the Forms.....

I. Certificate of Registration

a. leave the following portions or spaces BLANK - ASReg No., Source of Airsoft, Serial Number. FED staff will fill these spaces.
b. KIND - write "Rifle" or "Pistol"
c. MAKE / MODEL - write the Brand or Manufacturer / specific model of the airsoft gun (e.g. "Jing Gong / HK416" or "Tokyo Marui / M4a1" or "Boyi / AK74 RK03")
d. CAL./POWER FACTOR - it is recommended that you put 450FPS or less (FED prefer power factor that will not cause so much harm to airsoft players)

II. Application for Airsoft Registration

a. fill-up this form truthfully. this form will be notarized.
b. leave the following spaces BLANK - No., Source, Serial No.

III. Permit-To-Transport

a. leave the following spaces BLANK - Control No., Airsoft Registration No., Barcode Sticker/Serial Number
b. PURPOSE - "to participate in airsoft wargames, invitationals, exhibitions (shows), and tournaments/competitions."

Make sure that the data you entered in the three (3) forms matches or the same.
